Culinary Instructor

 

Our Culinary Instructor, Rob Perry, provides sanitation classes for both the women's and men's culinary programs. As a chef and restauranteur, Rob has extensive restaurant experience. This experience is invaluable to our students because it allows Rob to share real-world workplace experiences and teach material that goes above and beyond the requirements for sanitation certification, preparing students for the ServSafe and Manager's certificates, as well as possible industry entry. In addition to certification training, Rob maintains our student database, keeps in touch with past students, and provides resources once they are released from jail.
