Maurice Jones, our culinary instructor for the men's program shares his love of the culinary arts by guiding the students through our weekly pizza internship and daily communal lunch. Maurice works with our Head Chef and Operations Manager on inventory, student interviews, culinary instruction, student activities, and schedules. Maurice uses his culinary school experience and background in similar environments, the restaurant line, and catering operations to teach and motivate students who may enter the industry following release.
